Who called from 9712565635

Getting calls from this number on my  cell several times a day.  Only answered call once and they wouldn't speak.

Received another phone call from this phone number. Decided to call back...A person by the name of John answers out of Oregon.  It is a sweepstakes.  And they want to confirm what kind of card I carry. I asked that they remove me from their calling list. John obliged.  Lets see what happens

I have been getting these daily too. They leave no voice mail and seem to ring around the same time each day.
Have not answered them. But good to know its not just me getting them

Been getting these calls from Portland, OR; 971-256-5635. They never leave a message. If I don't say "Hello" loudly when I do answer, there's nobody on the line. Today I called the number back. A man answered "Hello". I asked who I had called, and he said he was John; he went on to apologize because we didn't have a clear connection (that was not true). There was something weird about his voice and his timing, and I asked "Is this a recording?"....long pause...then he said no, this is a real person. I asked him to remove my number and never call again....long pause......he made a cheerful apology, and said he would take care of it. He never got to his sales pitch.
