received call, ignored, no message left. i called back from another phone, blocked the # (*67) and it said first national collection Bureau. they are calling from Amity, Oregon
They call my cell once per week, usually two or three times in a row. I don't return calls to unsolicited numbers if there is no voicemail left so I was trying to figure out who it was because its getting old.
