Who called from 9712662133

I missed a call from this number.

Call is from the Democratic Party.

I am getting a call from 971-266-2133 any time between 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. I have not answered it, but is almost every night. My caller ID states "not available."

Person asked to speak to me, by name. I said not available, any message. No message...will call later. Only number shos up. No name on caller if. Background noise soundsblike a call center.

The calls come in late afternoon and evening, daily.  I don't answer the call and no message is left.
