Called, after a long delay I heard a woman talking. She immediately informed me that the call was being recorded, then asked me to verify any location information on someone I've never heard of. Perhaps its a phishing scam, telemarketer, or collections agency, but she never identified herself. She went straight to business. I'm blocking the number on my iPhone so it doesn't happen again.

Calls leaves no message.  I've also answered they never talk it's an unfamiliar number
