They are part of a company that has been harassing me for the past several months. The recording says they're "Tax Services" & they call from several 701 area code numbers, as well. Once you get connected to a live person, they hang-up as soon as you ask them not to call anymore. They've been doing this to me for months, constantly changing the numbers, so that I'm not able to block their calls.
I have also called these numbers back & pressed "1" to be removed from their call list, but they keep calling my cell phone & land line several times a day anyway.
I just got a call from this number and was informed by a recording that my family had won a home security system sweepstakes...and I promptly hung up. Sounds like the scammers are taking a new tact.
