Who called from 9712854030

This number has called me four times in the past few business days and has not left a voicemail.  I'm on the Do Not Call list, but these calls feel like spam to me.

I am thinking they are to make sure you turned in your ballots, did you recently become a voter?

Unwanted call; no message.

I have received about five phone calls now from this number in the last 2 weeks at various times and days. I don't answer unknown calls and they never left voicemails so I just ignored it.

I have been receiving several calls from the same number this whole last week. I finally answered and it was some girl and then it hung up. Why do they keep calling if they don't leave a message or it just hangs up!?
