keeps calling my cell phone and when i answer it drops the call. very very annoying

Called to speak with the owner, I put him on hold to do my online research and hung up on me when I got back on the line to take a message.

I had 5 missed calls from this number in a 2 hour time period.  If you want to talk to me you will leave a message and I might call you back.  This is on the verge of harassment.  Yes, my number is on the do not call list.

Called and asked for my boss, said he was on the other line, can I take a message? She said no, she will try back later.
