Who called from 9713071211

caller hung up before connection was made. When trying to return call received recording ? saying "this number not allocated"

i also got a phone call no message left, called back an said it wasnt an aligated number.

same today got a call on my cell phone from this number when I called back it is a not allocated number

called my cell at 11:52 PST on 09/25/09. when i returned call voice message said phone number not allocated.

calls & leave no message..I also keep getting simillar calls daily from ? numbers, from creditors etc.. for others that don't exist..
(obviously someone is benefiting from our wasted minutes..)
