First time seeing this number on my phone. Since everyone says it is busy, i will not return any call, but they did not leave a message either. Probably a spammer.

Falls City, OR. When I opted to speak with someone, I asked to be placed on the do but call list. Her response, "can you do me a favor? F*off"
This number calls with a recording about lowering credit card rates. Doesn't say which card. I also received and blocked a different number yesterday with the same message. I believe they just change their number.
Wow! I hit 1 to get a live body and when I politely asked if they could remove my number he said "No, that's not how it works" and he promptly hung up on me.
