I will say that I've recently unfortunately had to deal with a few collection agencies, and as far as this one goes, I don't have 9 calls a day from them, and they don't seem rude.  They have called as often as once every 2 days or as sparse as once every 2 weeks.

I admit I'm in a hard spot right now so I honestly don't mind agencies calling - it's my debt, and I hope to pay as soon as I can and just get it in the past.  But the agencies that are rude and distasteful and sometimes downright awful...why would they ever think someone would pay them anything, whether they owe it or not?  I hope my debt stays with this co., so when I am able to pay, I can deal with what so far seems to be a decent agency.

Collection Agency calls almost daily.  I have had 17 calls in 3 weeks.  4 calls one day.

Getting pretty tired of it.

Still getting calls from 971-313-8228, 971-313-8549, and 971-313-8255.

I get one or two a day.  Sometimes more.

My comment is, "Knock it off"  You guys have the wrong number, the wrong person, and, this is a business phone, not an individual.

I am getting VERY sick of harassing calls that don't go away.

If you are sick of the calls, you can stop them with a letter demanding that all communication is ceased immediately. If they continue to call after they receive your notice, you should immediately contact a consumer protection attorney in your area.
