Answered this call and a woman's voice said "Please continue to hold"..........and then music was playing. It
repeated 3 times and then I hung up. Weird.

Its nothing but weird breathing and the person has been tring to call me for months what should i do??

Either ask them to use breath mints or buy a call blocker. Around 50 bucks, do a search for one. Get one that blocks number & area codes. Available for land line, or cell phone app.
