This is another one of those phoney IRS scams. The IRS sends letters, and won't cold call people. Disregard anyone calling from these bogus telephone numbers claiming to be from the IRS.
No one was on the line when I answered. Caller ID said "Oregon call." I do not know anyone in Oregon, so I'm assuming it was either a political call, a telemarketer, or a scammer.
We got a call from this number today at 11:01 am and didn't answer. The caller ID was BEAVERTON OR. A voicemail message was left regarding calling the US Treasury Department for being in violation of some law regarding taxes. This is another scam which I reported to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.
Poor quality, slightly garbled voicemail from a "Dennis Gray." Threatens an "enforcement action" regarding some tax issue. Pure bunk. I'll report this one to the DNC list registry, as it's obviously a scam.
Got this message saying If i didnt pay x amount of money i would something something class action law suit blablabla its a scam the call is of poor quality and you can barely make out what is said
