I get this call a couple of times a month - hit the button to put me on the DNC list and it continues - to be a company offering warranties on my car.....
'Hitting the button to put me on the DNC list' There's one reason the calls continue. What that really means is let us know your number is working so we can pass it along and others can bother you, too. The only button you'll want to push is the one to kill the call.
called the number back, recording that states "This is Julie from rewards,and you recently were on one of our affiliates and you are rewarded a 100.00 gift card from popular stores" hung up its a scam.
I block every scam # and they just continue. More everyday. Now unknown and no id are coming up. They call at all times of the day and night. I just don't understand why SOMETHING cannot be done. Because of my job my phone is set not to ring so I just get a dozen missed calls a day. Maybe, just maybe one or two or legitimate.
