Got a text message from this number a few minutes ago that said "hey Claudette u there? Haven't heard from you in a while." I responded "Yes" thinking it might be some lost friend who's number I lost. This number responded "if you want to know who this is you got to addd me on yahoo messenger, my name is textwoman0497". It was then that I knew this was a scam or phishing attempt. When I tried to lookup the number online, all I got was that the number originated in India and was routed through Oregon.

i just got the same text. thank you for the information. i just told them they had to wrong number and stop texting me that this was prepaid number and cost me money. havent heard back yet.
