971-351-4396  is a worm-like maggot masquerading as a telescammer. Block this worthless excuse of a human and prey he gets fined nasty, goes out of business, and gets to share a prison cell with Bubba.

Phone rang; caller did not leave a message. Caller ID said "Out of Area" and the phone number. Blocked!!!

Bad voice recording.  We had a good laugh at how unprofessional it sounded. We hung up before we knew what they were selling.
