I received a call from 971-373-0141. A recording came on and said to press 1 if you wanted to reduce your interest on your credit card. I pressed 1 and a male came on line. He said do you want to reduce your interest rate. I said no I just want you to stop calling. He said f*** you and hung up.
A very nice employee.
Got a call a few minutes ago. Recording said to press 1 to talk to a rep. Sounded like she was in India, I told them not to call again, she hung up, I made a report to the 'Do Not Call" registry.
got the phone call 15 minutes ago,(Saturday, 13:25, Dec. 3 2011) the person verified if I had a certain amount on my two credit cards. I asked him what credit cards did was he referring to, since this information was not given to me yet. He asked me to look for the two credit cards. When I asked him to give me the last 4 digits of each CC, he got angry and said those that I had. I asked again for the last for numbers of each CC and told him that it was he who called me about lowering my rate. Since, he had not disclosed which CC he was talking about, AND verified with me the last 4 digits of the CC, I was not able to go further with this conversation about lowering my rates. He got upset to the point that he was yelling at me and saying that he did not ask for any security information, but i must give him the numbers of my CC. At this point I ended the call. I'm from a German speaking country in Europe and English is my 4th language, among others. Yet, I understand clearly enough when something is wrong with such an interaction.
