I get these calls two or three times a month. I block the number and a different number is used. I am beginning to feel harassed, but don't know how to stop it.
Person is computer dialing. There is a pause and they say oh hello, I didn't know you were there, let me adjust my head set. I hung up, don't know what they are pitching.
I got similar from a different phone number. Its the Say Yes scam. The caller says she is having trouble with her headset and asks if you can hear her. You say "yes". That yes is recorded then edited into another conversation where you agree to some expensive venture or purchase you didn't really agree to.
