Get 4 to 5 calls daily. Never leaves message

I have received calls from 971-533-8476. I do not answer calls from a number that I do not know who it is. Am tired of receiving calls from this number.

These folks keep calling saying they are a consulting firm but won't talk to me unless I give out PII which I refuse.  Tell me who you are and what you want before I'm going to give out personal information!
