Company comes up on caller id as Nextiva. Wanting to lower our costs to process credit cards....saying they have a representative in the area. When I told him that we had a service and were not interested in switching, he got very rude.

Mine is not a business number and I'm on the national do not call registry. I had someone in my office when the call came in so I couldn't answer to tell them to remove me from their list or to let them know the should not be calling in the first place since my number has been on do not call for years.
This number is the same number that came up for a credit card processing place named smart choice payments. The calls do get annoying but if you want to safe money on your processing they are the ones to go through! I saved 25% off my bill and VERY HAPPY with the money that is going back in my pocket, rather than my past processor that was taking profit off my business.
This really rude and obnoxious person called demanding to speak to the owner about setting up an account when I asked him what kind of account he told me he wasnt at liberty to discuss it with me. I told him I wasn't at liberty to put his call through. He called back several times and I finally asked him if he understood English and he cursed me out. Nice people to definitely not do business with. We are on the do not call list but apparently that doesn't matter to some people.
