The same person behind THIS number which shows a caller ID from OR State Dir Asst., is the SAME person behind 206-555-0100 AND 206-55-0114-BOTH showing a caller ID of WA State Dir Asst.  
1)  He claims  his name was "Shane" and has a foreign accent.  
2)  He first told me that he was a Microsoft Tech when he FIRST randomly contacted me.  
3)  Believing this as I had just minutes prior-signed up for Microsoft Tech support, I allowed him to download a program called Supremo Remote Desktop to my comp.  Without my realizing it-THIS WAS A HACK!  
4)  He then tried to sell me a $153 "FIX" for my comp.  I did NOT do it having NO money at the time-but what a FOOL I was.    5)  After speaking to him, he said he would call back when I could afford it.
6)  He said DO NOT speak to anyone else from "Microsoft" but him and that "our code number would" be 9**3-ironically-the LAST 4 numbers of my home phone that HE phoned me at.  
7)  I could NOT sleep for noticing that he called from 2 different 206 numbers that were NOT numbers I could call back.  These were NOT MS numbers.  
8)  I IMMEDIATELY called my bank to cancel my debit card.  
9)  I uninstalled Supremo.  
10)  Then had someone else on another computer, change ALL my passwords for EVERYTHING I have a pw for, a social site, email, shopping venues, etc.  
11)  Then I called MICROSOFT.  They knew of NO such person.   12)  They made it very clear-that Microsoft NEVER makes RANDOM calls to ANYONE.  The ONLY time they will call?  Is if YOU prompt a call to them by making PHONE contact to them FIRST.

Further, on the same evening, I UNINSTALLED a program called ANTIVIRUS SECURITY PRO which I purchased for a whopping $99.99 after it seemed to make my comp worst. but could NOT have a refund processed online.  They called me to say I will HAVE a refund in 20 days-leaving a message on my voice mail.  (This time a woman with an accent-calling from an "Unknown", non-reachable number.)  It's now been over 100 days and still-NO refund.  Well-guess what?!?  I believe THIS WAS THE FIRST HACK TO MY COMP.  When exploring the "properties" of my files-an "unknown account" claimed ALL the parent objects to my files-even my security AND virus programs are NOW corrupted and NO longer DO what it suppose to.  

I have a STRONG feeling-that BOTH these 206 AND 971 rogue numbers  ARE "affiliated" with Antivirus Pro.  This guy who says he is Shane-sounds like the SAME guy who answers the Antivirus Security Pro number-and has been giving me the ROYAL runaround about getting my refund.  By NOT answering my questions-and sometimes the phone, by causing interference to the line so I CANNOT hear or understand him, being outright arrogant with their phone antics, by calling me back giving me shibai about the status of my refund, and at others times, rudely hanging up on me after telling me "you have to contact your bank".  I cannot even begin to tell you the frustration that I even resorted to telling them they will ALL "burn in hell".  In an email to me that was probably loaded with viruses-they told me the payment to my account would reflect as "keyserem.com"  According to my bank, they claim themselves to be IFS Androme-a company out of Mexico-according to my bank,

I DID make contact with BOTH my local police dept. AND the FBI.  Police said if I do a report, that they will turn it over to their cyber division.  FBI said they WON'T touch it unless the case is "referred" to them by the FTC.  I called Microsoft and they have a FIX that will cost me over &153-planning to do it soon.

Now here's were the 971 number comes into play.  Shane calls me back from this 971 number about 1 month later, reminding me that I had interest to get their help and fork out those big bucks he first asked me for a weeks earlier.  When I pointed out the various numbers he called me from?  He admitted that it is a "business cell phone" that CANNOT be called back.  Then I asked if he WAS a MS Tech?  "Yes" he said.  I told him MS said there was NO one by his name who worked there.  Then he said that he was simply "Tech Support"-but NOT from MS.  I point blank asked him if he hacked my comp?  He then got really out of hand with me-referring to me as "you people"-said IF he wanted to?  He could.  My choice words to him?  "I KNOW you DID-so don't you EVER call me again-you f****** idiot!!"

After posting this-SEEN ALL the posts about Antivirus Pro online.  Like I said-what a fool I am.  Went to the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint.  Don't anticipate them doing anything, as I did file an earlier complaint and NO one from there  has so much as contacted me yet.

How about my bank-which is Bank of Hawaii?  One of the 2 BIGGEST in Hawaii-for NOT keeping up with stuff like this-yet highly encouraging their clients to USE the internet for banking purposes-which I DO NOT and now NEVER will.  You would THINK to better protect us-they'd watchdog what goes on with scams like this.  Like any bank-it's ALL about the money.

Warned Antivirus Pro that I would resort to the media-maybe Rachel Maddow of MSNBC or Chris Wallace of Dateline.  Imagine, if they already ripped off at least a thousand peeps?  That is 100,000 bucks per thousand peeps they are scamming.  Truly they should ALL burn in hell for their nonsense.  And Truly?  I really hope they DO-every last one of them!
