But my thinking is simple.  No name in caller ID? No message?  The number is probably a spoofed one.  You know it is a scammer of one type or another.  Finding out exactly who called gets you exactly nothing.  And don't call them back unless you want more scam calls.  Ignore and block the number.  You have a right to your privacy.
