When you call the number and press 0 for assistance, the message loops you back around to where you either dial an extension number or 0. Then it goes into another loop. So they make it where you can't talk to someone and ask what their business is, which is common with collection agencies.
They called my cell phone asking for my husband (who has his own cell phone btw) very early this morning (8 am by which time my noc shift husband is sleeping and I am trying to as well as I haven't been sleeping well because of my pregnancy). Just asked for my husband, I told them he was sleeping and they said "ok" and pretty much hurried to hang up the phone. Didn't identify themselves or anything.

I answered and a women told me that she needed an Employee Verification. We DO NOT EVER give out that kind of information to ANYONE who calls in, asking for Personnel information like that. I told her to fax over Her request and she sounded PISSY with me. It is not a Request that Other companies do not use. Protection of our Employees is of the UTMOST Importance to Us!!! Also, when I asked her what company she was with, she told me that she was with Valley Credit. However, above it shows Columbia Collection Service.
