I agree with you for the most part, however I've also read complaints on here that some of the phone service providers blocking does not allow or accept spoofed numbers. So that may be the problem.. Not everyone knows about devices and apps on the market either.

Calling 9pm really????

This number keeps calling my cell phone. No message left. When I answered they hang up.  Annoying.. Stop calling me stupid phone number.

Calls several times in a row, too frequently! I've got better things to do!
