They called my cell phone and didn't answer when i picked up. I said Hello 5 or 6 times before THEY hang up. I try and call back and i get a recording "All circuit are busy, message 100." dose anyone know who this is or gotten similar calls from this number
I got a call this morning around 9am. They called my cell phone and they hung up when I answered. I dialed the number back and I get a recording "All circuit are busy" .
I got a call from the same number at 10AM this morning, same thing said hello couple of times and no response. when I called back it said.. this number is not in service, please check the number. Who the hell does this number belong to?
