Who called from 9718137016

If you say hello before two rings they answer. Told the woman to stop calling last night. Tonight she called again, and I said I was from the FBI and needed her full name, she hung up. Half hour later called again, this time a guy, I said " just a second" and off to the side "this is them officer, is the trace on?" He hung up immediately.

2 calls so far tonite.

Called 6 times this afternoon - every 20 minutes.
Never answered; finally blocked call

TJhey haven't said anything yet. They called from 971-813-7017 first Sunday morning and afternoon. Then on Monday so far 4 times between 2:43 and 5:34.

Caller rang my landline at 9:48 pm on a weekday. Left no message.
