@1:16pm Omaha time--received spam call--didn't answer. Call is with RNK Communications & the call originated out of the NEWARK Clec ratecenter. I have sent a complaint to RCK & the FTC..this call was done on a landline. No GPS was showing when I searched this number.
My caller ID stated: 973-273-3443 Newark, NJ 1:44 PM 07/03/17. I didn't hear the phone ring but when I walked into the room some one was saying "Hi, this is Melissa can you hear me ok?" I get calls from Newark, NJ all the time and in the past they are from a Solar Co.'s, credit card, or gas co. scammers.
Thank you 800notes for letting us get the word out on the scammers trying to take advantage of the innocent and the aged whom they pray upon. This is the first place I check when I get a call - your efforts are greatly appreciated.
Push this President to shut these fake callers down. He wants to create new jobs. He can hire federal officials to hunt them down, put them in jail (increase incarcerations as Jeff Sessions is encouraging) and then torture them with ringing phones and fast busy signals for the rest of their paltry lives.
