I've met him on Inter-pals. He pretends to be "Mr. Vicctor Jansen Pena" who sent me someone else's photo and maybe his family members photo as well. He's trying to be someone who he said he's from Netherlands and originally from Brazil. I'm just concern that the guy in the pictures he sent me does not know anything about it that his photos are being used by this African guy who's an imposter.
