Getting a call from this number everyday on my caller ID which says Skykomish. Never leaves messages. Reverse lookup says they are located out in Goldbar, WA which is half way up Hwy 2. If they really have something important to say they can leave a message or identify themselves. I don't particularly care to talk with anyone wishing to sell me something, ask for donations, or is interested in my vote.

This is one of GMC Credit Services many call-forward numbers. They are a legitimate if sleazy Florida-based collector of ancient debts often bought at a huge discount. Frequently, they have an old or fraudulently-provided telephone number and are looking for someone other than you.
The easiest way to stop the calls is to call them and ask whom they are trying to reach at the number they called. If it's not you, ask them to delete your number from their database. That's what I did, and it worked.
If it is you, ask for written documentation of whatever they claim you owe, to whom, and exactly for what. You'll buy time to research your rights. Check your state's website to learn about them.
