Today, 10/23/2008 at 12:15pm is the first time I have ever received a call from 1-910-000-000000. I did not answer it and whoever it was did not leave a message.
They called me claiming that I signed up for some weight loss pill online. I'm like 100 pounds, and I said I wasn't interested. I probably got on the list for signing up for something else, or someone else randomly entered a fake phone number that wasn't me. She demanded to know why I wasn't interested - i told her I wasn't interested in losing weight and told her to remove my information from the database.
She told me - in a foreign accent - "Are you screwing with the company? We can sue you." She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't removing my name.
I go, "Obviously you don't live in America and you can't sue me, becuase it's against the law for YOU not to remove my name at my verbal request."
Then, I hung up on her. Should I call the police? They call me everyday.
don;t ever reply to these or call back. then they know they have a working number. use your common sense. and follow your gut feeling. dont even entertain chatting with them. hang up!period. no talk needed.not worth the stress of not knowing,god bless. begin speaking garbage. act like you dont understand them.. sit back, laugh and let go.
Today I received a call from 910-000-0000 no one said a word, obviously somehow I strongly suspect this has a connection with anyone who has Dsl through their telehone line, Hackers are always finding new ways to invade your PC and accounts.
I was able to get into my telephone blocking numbers, in yur local telehone service book it will give you directions how to block an unwanted caller. i called my telephone service provider, if I get more than 3 days in a week they will place a "Trap" on my line which will immediately lock in this number and trace it to the originator.
Got a call from the 9100000000 at 11:32am 10/28/08 i didnt asnwer it think it was just ah collector call!!..lol but called it back and the sound it made when i call it back it goes like a buzz sounds!! talk about trippy!!
