Caller started asking me about balance transfers and lowering interest rates. I told them my bills are paid in full each month so I want my name and number removed from their list. The ignorant woman on the line actually started mocking me saying, "Oh! You got good credit? Can you buy me a pizza?" She made another remark that I could not hear, like she was talking to someone and covering the mouthpiece, and then hung up. Losers! Get a real job!
No company was identified -- just a recorded message that said that "my account was 'fine', but dial 1 to find out about lowering my interest rate, or 2 to no longer receive calls." So I pressed 2... we shall see if they call back or not. Obviously some sort of scam, as they did not identify themselves.
Got a call from this number on my cell phone at 5:10 pm on 9/11/15. Was a recording with a woman's voice saying that my account was fine but I'm paying too high an interest rate and they can lower my interest rate. Just a generic phishing scam. Would like to know how they got my cell number though.
Got a call too. No voice mail or recording. I'm going to report to them to the National No Call List in hopes of them receiving a fine. This is obviously some type of scam
