Responsibilities:
Project management (project planning, task assignment, monitoring and control, requirements management, change management, risk management);
Negotiations with customer (participation in regular and other necessary project meetings with customer, project status reporting);
Team building (motivate project team members, Assessment of project team members);
Business analytical background.
Requirements:
- 5 + years experience in IT industry;
- At least 2 years experience in project management;
- Experience in managing web projects, Java platform based projects;
- Strong technical background:
- understanding of software development concepts (object oriented analysis and design, database design, SQL, UML, software architecture);
- deep knowledge of software development process;
- knowledge of software devlopment standards;
- Fluent English.
