Twin Win Games is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Programmer to be a key contributor on an unannounced title. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys playing online games and has a working knowledge of multi-player peer-to-peer and client-server game systems.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience preferably in game development;
3+ years of experience as Senior or Lead programmer;
Experience with working on server side for cardgames will be big advantage;
Multi-platform development experience;
Proven client-server and peer-to-peer architecture experience;
Experience in dealing with network and server security issues;
Experience with Unity3D will be a big plus but not a must;
Upper- intermediate English knowledge is a must.
Responsibilities:
Technical design and implementation of a scalable and maintainable client network architecture;
Participate in code review and tasks planning activities;
Work with the Design and Programming teams to ensure the feasibility of multi-player features;
Identify risks and find solutions for scalablity of the project;
Patricipate in discussion with clients on requirements for the game;
Improve workflow and processes;
