Phone rings a couple of times..then nothing...my line was open for several minutes.. no message left..STOP! THIS CRAP

Caller says its something about homeland security and will call back another time..sounds just like an experienced telemarketer

If its a telemarketer what are they marketing - silence?  Not marketing anything if they don't talk.  Its more of an irritation to me.

I just received a call from this number, I answered and a woman asked to speak to my husband, I sadi he wasn't home and she asked when would be a better time to reach him so i asked what was this about and she hung up. I really hate when they hang up, I wish there was a number to call back so I could tel the B***h off......LOL
