I got the same call from this number. They knew where I live and all. I don't know how it happened please help. I don't want to get involve in this scam.
Just got called by this number. .. I had perviously delta with them.... so I knew what was up.... I asked them to take my name off there number list.... and the person on the other end started mocking me... so I politely asked again then hung up.... I add there number to my auto reject list..... went back in my call history. ... they called me 5 times in the last week....
I just received a call from this number also. All I could understand was Nancy from Washington DC. I thought she said credit company, still have NO clue what she said. She got kinda miffed when I didn't understand the word she said that I THOUGHT was credit, so she repeated it a 2nd time, still couldn't understand. Either way, she got mad because both times my response was 'yeah ok what do you want?' and NOT in a nice tone. The 2nd time I said it she got mad an hung up. Pretty sure it's a scammer calling from overseas, but using a program to spoof a 202 area code.
I just got a call from this number telling me they're from Treasury Dept in Washington DC. They chose me to receive $9,000 some odd dollars. The Govt will send this money to me but I have to speak to a Supervisor to confirm my personal info.
I told this female person (I could hardly understand her with her thick accent.) that I don't do business over the phone. The Govt doesn't call. They send you a letter
Not interested and I hung up.
I'm baffled as to what they're up to.
