Got several calls a day from this number,finally answered one. A man with a very heavy central aisian accent claimed to be with the US Treasury Dept. Told him the Treasury doesn't make unsolicited calls and hung up. Still trying to call me, they have made over 15 calls since I blocked them! They must be a new kind of stupid!
