Second time in 24 hours!!! I declined the call this time, but no message was left; Called back, & got the same recording but this time it said that are circuits are busy right now & to try calling again later; It said that at least three times, then there was a busy signal; Doesn't let me leave a message or request to be on the do not call list.
Girlfriend got a call from this number , didn't know who it was so I got on the line. Asked if the girlfriend needed grant money, asked him to stop calling an the guy told me to tell the girlfriend to suck his d**k. He repeatedly said this, an said he was going to kick my a**. I told him that if he called this number again I was going to report it as phone harassment, an he hung up.
