Who called from 2023454777

Government Grant scam.  I hung up just as soon as the caller Id'd himself.  The phone connection had a lot of static on the line.

Keeps repeatedly calling and hanging up once I answer.  If this is the government grant scam this is a different number than has been calling me.

Said it was the government and they said they had 7000 dollars for me

Got a call from this same number. Hung up when I answered, so I called back. Then got an automated message saying that the person I was calling was unavailable. Please try your call again later.
