A call came in from this number (202-470-6103/unknown name) while I wasn't home. "Michael" left a message claiming to be an IRS agent and assuring me that I was in danger of being "arrested for a tax evasion" (very poor English) unless I called back right away to settle with them. It was obviously a busy call center located in the Middle East. Apparently they are moving on from the "grants" in June to a new scam.

They've changed their message - now it's something like, 'we're getting ready to file an IRS lien on you, so call us before we go to court & come arrest you...'. It's a recorded message & they ask you to call back at 202-470-6103 (same number they called from) & the person has an Indian accent.
