We have been receiving these calls for about a week now. I explained to my husband that if there was a problem that the IRS would notify us in writing. I told him that the way the message was left seemed to be against FDCPA laws. Threatening and intimidating people is illegal. I told my husband I was going to look up this # 202-545-6321. Boy, am I glad I did!!!
I received the same message in mI received the same message in my voicemail and when I called back the number has been disconnected now I know the IR and when I called back the number has been disconnected now I know the IRS does not call you so I am no longer worried thank you so much for this service since I am on a limited income can really set my mind at ease to find out that this was an IRS scam and no one is really suing me because I didn't get the full message just the case number phone number and that I was being sued
