Who called from 2025596190

Got a call from this number n my cell and  the following message was left: "...and act now to speak with a Blue Cross Agent. To stop further notices, press 2 to be place on the Do Not Call list."

pressing 2 for do not call list does NOT work.  I block the ph# & received the very same call the next day from another ph#.  No end to it!

Pressing 2 doesn't take you off the list.  I do that "every time".  Then I block the ph#.  The next day I receive the very same call from a different ph#.  Block that one & it goes on & on every day from a different ph #.  I'm convinced the only way to stop those calls is to change my ph#.  :-(
