I asked What building in DC he was working out of and got...Federal Grant Department, 200 Independent Ave. SW, Washington D 20201. 2 days ago, a lady with a heavy accent called, this time a guy called, again with a heavy accent. Unfortunately, it looks like they are getting some $$. With all the technology we have today, it seems these calls should be able to be traced.
