I received a message from a caller "officer" eric foster AT 4:, who said that either I or my attorney should call back to settle a serious issue or all he could do would be to "wish me good luck". Heavy Jersey or NY accent was used but was pathetic as foreign accent bled through. I am pretty sure he "will be back"

yes, IRS "officer" called threatening me with arrest if i don't call immediately and that if i try and ignore, "it will be all on me". not saying what it was about, and made a point of saying not to return call to this number, but only the number he gee me. thick indian accent. total scam. IRS doesn't cold call

Got the call today from scam master Eric.... Same as above. I appreciate 800 Notes for this forum. I always check before answering an 800 call. Always.

I received a phone call today from Eric Foster 202-864-1267.  I did not recognize the number so I allowed my voicemail to take the call.  I listened to the recording, that was in fact threatening me.  I tried the phone number back, but received a busy signal.  IRS Telephone Scam.  I will be filing my complaint with the FTC.  Thank you for your notes, I found the notes to be helpful.
