Received a call from 2030; Indian purportedly calling about "windows" on my computer. When I asked what company he represented - he said "windows". Told me I was being hacked and he would help me. I hung up.
I have received two calls on my land-line phone with caller id "2030 Unknown Name" this week.The person at the other end of the line spoke with a heavy accent (probably Indian), and I could hear a great deal of indistinct voices in the background, as if it were an outbound call center.
He asked if he was speaking to Mr, xxxxxxx, but so mispronounced my name I had to say, "No. May I help you." Caller hung up both times.
We got same call today from Man with Indian accent. I asked why he would be calling me as I did not report any problem. He repeated speaking to the script he was obviously reading from and then asked me if I was in front of the computer so he could help me. I then asked where he was calling from, he hesitated and then said NY. I then asked where in NY and he hung up on me.
These people refuse to stop calling me. I have requested so many times to stop but they just hang up. We already have a solar system on our roof so why can't they just remove us. I think I'm going to buy an air horn and blast them to hell the next time they call...
