Who called from 2030063103

i received this.if you answer the line is dead, but when you habg up it calls you back within 5 minutes. it's a real pain in the rear end..

can anything be done to bar the number?

just received two calls in interval of 5 mins @ 12:10 first call. Number seemed unfamiliar and was definitely not local. Typed into google and seems like its going around for a while and to lots of people....Weird. Must me one of those call center dailing randomly.

kept calling when answered they just hung up

Getting calls from :00912030063103, for the last two weeks, telling them not to call again has no effect, tonight I let rip, finally telling the caller to "F. Off!!!", then I feel guilty at doing so.
I believe it's a company called Vonage that's behind it, being registered with TPS has no effect it would seem..

They have called me twice today and I questioned which company they were from and then said Talk Talk
