Who called from 2030063103

Got a missed call @ 19:10 on my land line with BT when I did a 1471 I got 00912030063103 which I believe is India. Never returned the call after reading this web site.

they rang me up and knew my name and address, hung up and they rang back twice in the same day. i have been worrying like hell

had 14 calls from this number over the last two weeks, where can we report this?

This phone number has been ringing me for the past 2 weeks, about 3 or 4 times a day. This just isn't on.  Is there any way I can get this stopped.
