called at 9:30 pm no one would answer me, even though they were still on the line. I just hung up. This was a second call that I received that night. The next call a few minutes later was a different number 250-613-9581, same thing just stayed on the line but would not answer. How do I stop these calls.
Same East Indian accent person called and woke us up during morning hours. Same scam claiming to be Microsoft support to help us resolve Virus infection problem. They claim that somebody else was using our IP address when we are online and told us to start the computer so their technician can help us. We hang up before giving them any information.
