the same exact thing just happened to me. First all said USA +1 203 040 5060with same numbers and then second call Egypt with same numbers but arranged differently. +20 3 040 5060
Also got the same number yesterday and this morning twice in a row. First said was from Egypt, second U.S. Got a call from the same number a few months ago claiming I had received money from the US Grants Department. I told him I didn't believe him and to stop calling me (he had been calling several times a day for a few weeks before I finally answered). Spoke broken English.
Got call at 10:53 am CST Jan 16 2016 from
203-040-5060. Male "CSA" ( customer service agent) spoken extremely broken English from what few words I could pick out he claimed to be from Health and Human Services and something about grant money and I said this is not a Washington DC number and could not understand what he said so I disconnected the call.
This is similar to other calls I have gotten from area code 202 that alleged there from the u.s. government grant department but obviously this was fake.
