This number seriously calls my phone 4 + times a day (back to back)! It makes me ill! Every time I pick up no one ansewers! I got a foreign guy to say "hello" once...then he hung up! Really wish they would STOP calling my phone!
Caller had a thick accent and broken English. I asked if he was an American, he said yes. So I asked him to recite the Preamble. He didn't seem happy about that.
I have had multiple calls from this number all day today. I let it go to my answering machine each time I looked at the caller ID. It is frustrating to be bothered so constantly. I am reporting the number to our State attorney general's office.
