Who called from 2031649811

This number has called me five times in two days.

They call me at least 4 or more times a day and say nothing. They hang up in my ear every time!
Stop calling me.

Calls 5 times a day and never says anything.  Who do I call to report?

Caller with broken English calling to say we I won $ from government.  I could recieve $ on my visa, or my bank account or a Walmart.  I asked why the US gov could not just send a check. He said that was not possible. I hung up. He called back and I asked for his phone #. He gave me a Grant # and told me to call 202-697-9920 to get my winnings. SCAM Scam Scam

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:
