These b@stards had the nerve to claim that my computer is infected and they can fix it on the spot. They even threatened me that my computer will breakdown because I'm not letting them fix it... as if!!! total SCAM! accent could either be indian or pakistani, definitely not american and you can clearly pickup that they are reading some form of script
They give me some [***] about my computer being infected. I have been in the IT field for over 20 years and am not stupid! I played dumb with them for awhile and let them think I was doing what they wanted. They had me download a program which of course I didn't run and then I hung up on them wasting 10 minutes of their time. They keep calling back now and I don't answer the call! LOL
